This chat room is open to anyone who wishes to use it. I believe you will find that it is very easy to use. The only requirement is that your browser is 'java enabled', that is to say that it is capable of running 'java applets' which are small programs. You can just go ahead and try it, if your browser does not support java you will see a message to that effect.
